We raise registered American Quarter Horses on a small ranch at the edge of Badlands National Park just outside of Scenic, South Dakota
Brood mares are the heart of our program and we strive to keep a small, consistent band. We have looked to the past and sought out mares that carry the lines of the two great mares Dixie Beach and Lady Coolidge. Our original mare band was built on mares from Don Stearns’ breeding program. Today the mare’s predominately carry the blood of Harlan with outcrosses to Roan Wolf, Cee Booger Red and Oklahoma Fuel. They produce the kind of horse you want to use and the quality to be competitive. We are proud of them.

Harlans Top Gun by AQHA Super Horse Real Gun out of Harlans Bobbi Jo, earner of 344 AQHA performance points with an AQHA Superior in Heading, Heeling and Calf Roping, along with an AQHA Performance Championship
Big Honey Harlan is 25% Harlan, his dam, Harlanders Holly is a daughter of the great calf-horse sire, Harlander and was hauled as a PRCA level calf horse for many years
Harlan Kent, "Taz" has a free moving style and the ability to round his back and really park it. Linebred Harlan Okmulgee, at 25% Harlan he will allow us to concentrate the Harlan blood and provide a different line to Harlan.
